11/365... Crockpot joy
When I saw the snow falling this morning, I immediately pulled out the crockpot and prepared a meal for tonight's dinner.
Everyday I try to be the best mom and wife that I can be. Today, the crockpot helped me do just that.
The time that I usually use to make dinner was spent making snow angels, pulling sleds, eating snow, and warming my babies up with hot cocoa topped with whipped cream and colorful marshmallows.
It was time well spent.
And dinner was exceptionally good, too.

Awesome photo! My little one tried to make a snow angel today, but the ice on the top layer made it a little difficult. :) I love days like that!
How fun! We're getting some snow here in VA, and I also spent some time thinking of the perfect winter weather meal - I went with a homemade lasagna :)

My girls wanted to make snow angels in our Texas snow...looks like you are more prepared in clothing choices to do so than we are! Cute picture...I LOVE the snow! :)

I don't ever have great success with crockpot meals. I must be doing something wrong. Great wintery shot.
I commented on FB too, but our dinner preptime was spent coloring and drawing together. It was great - love Crockpots!
We did a crockpot meal yesterday too. . .I have a hard time making dinner by myself with a toddler :) And super cute snow pic. .glad you got out and enjoyed it!

Mmmmm... I really love crockpot meals, but what I really heard in this post was "hot cocoa topped with whipped cream and colorful marshmallows" ;o)
